Born and raised in Bay View and a current resident of Mequon, Kathleen has deep roots in Wisconsin and knowledge of the different neighborhoods. Having spent a number of years after attending the University of Wisconsin – Madison outside of the state in California prior to coming back to Wisconsin, Kathleen had first-hand experience of real-estate conditions in diverse markets.

When we had first reached out, Paress had been out of town but was quick to jump on a phone call with us from across the country. We wanted to see a house that following day, and while Paress was gone, she quickly arranged for a showing agent to tour the home with us. Later that evening, and on pretty short notice, Paress wrote up an incredible offer for us on the first house we toured. She called us up a few hours later (less than 48 hours after meeting her for the first time via phone call) to let us know that our offer had been accepted!
The whole process truly could not have been smoother. We very much credit Paress for being so timely in all her correspondence, and so articulate in writing our offer! Similarly, while closing, the rest of our experience with the KW team was a breeze!

While we had no idea what we were getting into with buying our first home, Paress made the journey fun, exciting, and as manageable as possible. In a somewhat wild turn of life events, we ended up moving away from Milwaukee, so we never made it to the finish line of home buying, but I am so confident Paress would have found us our dream home.
